On A Budget? Get Stoned In Cardiff

BBC NEWS | Wales | Cardiff cannabis 'cheapest in UK'. Second cheapest for Ecstasy as well. That could explain the high levels of pointless potheads buzzing around the place. But, true to form, the quality of the cheap stuff is crap. There's something very Cardiff about that. Maybe Hypervalue should consider a new product line.
