One Myth I'M Happy To See Quoshed

I've always been told off for having cheese right before I go to bed, but I've always scoffed at it, saying it helps me sleep. New news here backs that up: Sweet Dreams Are Made Of Cheese (Dio: Groan).

However, it is in the *spits* Daily Mail, so it will probably be wrong. trust me, a little bit of cheese before bed helps you sleep better. Fear the nightmares no more and enjoy the milky stuff. A bit of cheese is nice as well. :D

Any suggestions on the best nocturnal variety?

I've been having quite the horrid dreams lately and could use a bit of milky relief.

Just be sure to brush those chompers well afterward. Little can be worse than waking up with morning cheesey breath!

Sweet cheese is made from brie.
Who am I to disagree?
Some of them want to fondue ... oh nevermind :)

I ate lots of cheese last night - I think I dreamt but can rarely remember my dreams. Is there a cheese which makes you remember the vivid dreams?

I dunno about vivid dreams, but I swear by a nice medium to mature cheddar. Anything that's not going to give you heartburn is a winner!
