Amroth Trip

Well, Easter holiday has been here and I've been not doing any normal work or abnormal work. By which I mean, the last week or so it's been taking it easy and not paying any attention to the rat race. We've had a few nice trips the last week, and the guest room is all but finished. So, what do I have for you tonight but the ramblings of a drunken blogger?

We had a nice trip in the week to Amroth, which is a few miles down the coast from Saundersfoot. I can see it from my kitchen, and don't recall having spent any time there other than driving through. The beach has lots of groynes and is very picturesque, so naturally, my camera found itself gainfully employed.

There were plenty of great verticals against the sea horizon, a subject that has continued to engulf me since my childhood. Nothing phallic about it, I just love the look of things upright against the back drop of the sea. Here's some shots from the trip.
