Cardiff City FA Cup Final 2008!

Well, anyone who knows me knows I have zero interest in football, but given Cardiff City's winning the FA Cup semis today, I had to mark the occasion. I know many of my footie loving friends and family will be hankering after Wembley tickets for the FA Cup final - I might even watch it on the box myself, if I remember.

There will be no end of hype and celebration back in Cardiff I dare say, whether they win or lose. Coincidentally, the last (and only) time Cardiff won the FA Cup was back in 1927. The captain of the team was Fred Keenor, and I know this because I went to the same primary school as Fred, and much was made of it there. So anyway, good luck to Cardiff City come the final. You'd still never see me at a match though.
