Tenby's Castle Beach - Sand Castle Competition And Cave

I'm just throwing up some more nice images from last year, this time all taken around September time, at the end of the Summer season. The first lot are of the Tenby Sandcastle Competition that was held as a part of the Tenby Art Festival. The event was on Castle Beach, and the photos are off the event and other bits of the beach. It looked like fun, next year I'd love to enter with Elis. Everyone looked like they were having a good time and there was live music on the beach, and rare for last year, some sun!

Prior to the castle competition are some shots taken in the large cave under St Catherine's Island. It's only accessible on really low tides that happen infrequently, but luckily I was there with Elis at just the right time. My mum keep's telling Elis' cousins that it's the Mermaids cave, and if you go in there magic happens. Elis has absorbed some of this mythology himself, and was very excited to go in and explore.
