September And October Picture Splurge

I've been so busy the last couple of months, I've not really got around to making many picture posts, despite the fact I've been shooting loads of photographs. September and October are my favourite months for taking photographs - light is wonderful, the shadows are long and the air is crisp and clean.

So, rather than bore you with camera talk, let's get visual. This first batch were taken on the 29th October, the day after the clocks went back an hour (my favourite day of the year) and feature some beautiful atmospherics on Tenby's South Beach and Iron Bar Sands.

During October there were a couple of days where you could have mistaken it for the height of Summer. The air was warm and the sun sharp...

And we did a few late evening walks along the promenade, from whence the following photos have come.

I was able to take Elis out on a couple of fishing trips. I probably enjoyed them a lot more than him. We went out twice, and I caught one fish that we had to chuck back as it was too small. It's a shame, you can't beat fresh caught mackerel for taste, it's one of the finest things on the planet.

We'll be moving to Saundersfoot soon, so unsurprisingly, we've made a couple of trips to the village ahead of our arrival.

Well, I was digging around for photos to feature on this page, and found these from the end of August and had forgot to post them, they'll fit in nicely here.
