We took a wander down to the beach at Llantwit Major (or Cwm Colhugh Beach as it’s also known.) After a cheap and cheerful lunch at the Beach Cafe, we decided to have a bit of a hike up the Wales Coastal Path, part of the way towards St Donats.
The weather was quite breezy, the sky interesting and the light nice and creamy. I took a few photos along the way. There’s some beautiful views up there, looking down the Severn towards Ilfracombe and beyond, and back towards the Quantocks on the other side. With bitty cloud you get great swathes of shadow running down the Severn. Lovely. I won’t bore you waxing lyrical, you can enjoy the pictures instead.
