Mumbles Pier Trip

We took a trip down to the Mumbles today, to do a bit of crabbing and escape the football in Cardiff. Traffic was heavy going through Swansea as a lot of people were heading to the shops and down the various beaches, but we got there and found somewhere to park. Of course, with the lovely light, photos were taken.

Elis and I went to do a bit of crabbing. We started roughly halfway between Verdi’s Restaurant and Mumbles Pier. We got a couple of little ones there, but moved on to the beach on the other side of the pier. The rocks there proved a good area to crab from with the tide in, and we caught some big specimens there.

A stint at the arcade, a bit of tea, and then home – pleased with some of the shots, especially those done through Instagram.
